Yes, after several purchases over 3+ years I can confidently say the customer service at the site is the best anywhere. Every staff member I have encountered has been helpful, competent, and friendly. This is as close to real as you can get, I got a really good deal, and I love my doll she looks great and is awesome to use! I was so amazed of how almost close to a real human she is. It was like love at first sight!
