Yes, communication from the seller was excellent. Order confirmation was immediate, and they notified me the next day that production had started. I received an email from them that one of the promo items may not be available and they were substituting, and again when the original item was available. A few days after ordering I had a question and they were quick to respond. After about 2 weeks I received an email that it passed inspection and received my tracking number. Shipping was fast, 4 days!
